Question about a hidden quest

I have a question about a hidden quest that requires reaching 20,000 points. Is it even possible? I barely managed the 10,000 point hidden quest (by watching ads, spending in-game currency for two revives), so doubling that seems daunting. Any veterans out there with a strategy?
