1) Can't I measure naps separately? 2) When I measure while my family is active, even if I sleep well, I keep nodding off. Is there any way to adjust this? 3) Show off your favorite Pokémon!!

1) You can measure sleep twice a day, so try it once during the day and once at night. The sleep measurement count seems to reset at 4 AM. 2) This seems to be based on the recognized sleep depth, so I don't know how to adjust it. 3) Incineroar! I can't wait to see it in Pokémon Sleep too haha
