First try of Kookoo Hanwoo Beef Brisket Jjamppong Gukbap^^
I worked the night shift and made this simple meal after getting off work~ It was my first time trying it, but it was surprisingly spicy~ and hearty, and really tasty~ Less than 2500 won per pack? It tasted better than most jjamppong rice soups from restaurants lol Next time, I'm thinking of adding an egg and some glass noodles!

Glad I filled up on a hearty meal after my night shift, oink oink! Seeing that red broth makes me feel energized, oink oink. Adding eggs and glass noodles next time would be truly the best, oink oink!
