Today I'm just having rice with a feast.... What are you guys eating? Enjoy your dinner!

I had some beef brisket in the freezer, so I made it into a hot pot. It was so tender and delicious after simmering it for a long time. 1) Blanch the beef brisket in boiling water for about 5 minutes to remove blood. 2) In a pot, add water, onion, green onion, whole garlic, whole peppercorns, and a little ginger powder. Simmer for about 1 hour. Boil vigorously over high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for the remaining time. 3) Take out the cooked beef brisket, let it cool slightly, then slice it thinly. 4) In the hot pot, lay down chives and enoki mushrooms, add the broth from simmering the brisket, place the sliced meat on top, and season with soup soy sauce. Done.

Had some Dakgalbi with a beer!!! Ahhhh!!! Dakgalbi and beer after a long time tastes amazing!!

My daughter who loves meat prefers grilled pork belly, and my son who loves seafood prefers grilled tilefish.. Which menu do you guys prefer? haha

Today my son asked for fried rice and my daughter asked for an omelet rice. I made both for them separately, but I accidentally broke the omelet rice while moving it, so it turned into egg fried rice lol Still, I'm thankful they ate it all up deliciously.

This is a neighborhood pizza and pasta place my family often visits. I love their chewy wood-fired pizza~
