It's the evening of the first day of the holiday. We're having steamed shrimp and crab, and grilling beef.

Sharing today's dinner menu Delicious Dakgangjeong and carbonated barley drink Dakgangjeong is the best 😆 😆 😆

Grilling pork ribs LA galbi style~ I often buy them from my regular butcher shop ㅎㅎㅎ It's right before the holidays, so I don't feel like cooking anything at home lately.

It was some street food!! Made some sweet tteokbokki!! (+Beef brisket slices!!)

I tried the pepper cheese pasta from Ryu Soo-young's short video, and it was a bit too rich... The recipe called for 6 slices of cheddar cheese, and adding that made it quite heavy. Enjoy your dinner! -Recommended for those who like cheese or rich flavors-

It might not look like much, but it's delicious. The kids love it, so I make it often. The egg got a little overcooked.. Adding my recipe with some modifications. I don't measure precisely, I just eyeball it each time, so exact measurements are tricky haha 1) Stir-frying the rice: Just like a basic fried rice, sauté diced ham and veggies, season with soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add plenty of ketchup, butter, and a splash of vinegar for a tangy flavor before adding the rice and stir-frying. 2) Omelet layer: I'm not great at making omelets.. so I lightly oil a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and once it's more than halfway cooked, I place half of the rice from step 1 onto the egg. Before the egg is fully cooked, I fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape. Then just plate it and you're done~~

Tonight's dinner is galbitang from the butcher shop. Making galbitang at home is too much hassle, so I often buy it from my regular butcher~ The bones are big, so it's fun to chew on them haha. By the way... I really suck at taking pictures. lololol
