Chess Masters, please tell me how to get better at chess
I'm okay with the opening, but I don't know exactly what to play afterward. I seriously think about my moves, but then I blunder or make mistakes, which is frustrating. I never anticipate my opponent making good moves, so I definitely feel like my skills have declined. Masters, please share your secrets ใ ใ ๐

I don't think it's bad to rebuild the basics through Duolingo.

Play chess on the lichess app. After the game ends, you can review it for free. You can see where you made mistakes and what good moves were.

Just search for 'seukseugi' on YouTube and watch the videos.

This is coming from a 1200 rating player. Keep playing games. Then, search for 'Chess Makta', 'SeukSeukyi', 'Chess Inside', 'Chess Freak Kim Chang-hoon' on YouTube to study. It might be boring, but if you buy and study chess books, your openings, tactics, and best moves will improve. Try challenging yourself after raising your rating to 1500-2000 like this. +Extra Tip: It's even better if you do puzzles and lessons on Chess.com.
