Strategy Guide
This is a unique tycoon game where you maximize net profit based on accounting books (business reports). Here are the key construction efficiency rules and early-game strategies: Key Construction Efficiency and Placement Rules: Actively Utilize Landscaping (Scenery) Items: When building shops, appropriately placing landscaping or scenery items nearby directly increases the shop's sales and volume. Shop Expansion: Expanding shops reduces the cost of goods sold rate and increases base sales volume. Since the cost decreases, it's the most reliable construction investment for rapidly increasing margins (net profit). Fixed Cost Management: If you just build shops indiscriminately, fixed costs like land rent will increase, potentially leading to a deficit. You must ensure you have adequate staff and focus on expanding shops that can be realistically grown. Staff Combinations: Simply building shops yields little profit. In the shop info window, clicking the heart icon shows the animal staff combinations that achieve maximum efficiency.
