You should go all-in on expanding your barn space with the T-cash you get early on. As you play the game, you'll find yourself struggling with a lack of storage. Materials for barn expansions and town expansion construction are only available through the train. When the train arrives, prioritize filling it with goods and sending it off again. There's no need to hoard crops with short production times (like wheat, corn, etc.) under 30 minutes. It's more beneficial for storage management to plant and harvest them immediately when needed. In the early stages, instead of building all the factories, you should keep factories that produce basic ingredients for higher-tier products, such as the bakery, dairy, and sugar factories, running non-stop. When you're about to sleep at night or can't log in for a long time, it's a good idea to fill up your factory queues with heavy items that take several hours to produce. Facilities like the 'Mint' that converts ingots from the foundry into coins, or the 'Jewelry Store', are extremely inefficient in terms of input resources versus output, so there's no need to build them early on.
