First, check the color order of the passenger queue and prioritize dispatching buses of the corresponding color to prevent the waiting passenger slots from filling up. If you're short on space to send buses, actively use the temporary parking slots, but always leave at least 1-2 slots empty to prevent getting stuck. Move large buses or vehicles that are long or take up a lot of space first to maximize the available paths (roads) inside the parking lot. If there's a vehicle that cannot move, clear the path by removing the vehicles blocking its way one by one in reverse order. When completely stuck at a certain level, use items like Shuffle (Swap) or VIP Passenger boarding appropriately to overcome the challenge. If you fail, watch an ad and continue (it's not recommended to watch ads beforehand to expand slots).
