Black Flash rerun, is it still worth pulling for?

In Onslaught mode, you deal high single-target damage, primarily with skill 3. The ultimate's multiplier increases based on the main resource consumed, reaching up to 2100% guaranteed Black Flash damage when 250 is accumulated. Using the ultimate resets the accumulated value, but you can consume main resource again to build it up, allowing you to aim for the maximum multiplier on subsequent ultimates. Onslaught skill 3 also boasts 700% damage and a high Black Flash rate, so this character isn't just about their ultimate. However, there's a strong alternative in the cursed-type technique category: Toji. If you've invested well in Toji, you can cover a significant portion of Black Flash's role without her, lowering the priority for pulling her. Still, if you're aiming for the absolute peak damage in cursed-type technique, pulling for Black Flash is definitely worthwhile.
