You don't have to force yourself to do things you don't want to. Just enjoy the game at your own pace. When the difficulty keeps going up because of the Gluttony mechanic, I just tell myself I don't really need to beat it and move on. It's best to just slowly level up your characters when you have enough Trailblaze Power. Sometimes I also check out fanfiction or fanart.
