Honestly... this is the first game I've seen get flak for celebrating its half-anniversary.

I mean, in other games I've played, players cheered when the half-anniversary was celebrated. But in Tree of Savior and Nephele, people got criticized for even having a half-anniversary event... I guess it's the difference in events... In the games I played, for half-anniversaries/anniversaries, they'd shower you with gacha currency and merch just for logging in consistently. But Tree of Savior and Nephele, under the guise of a 'Thanksgiving Festival,' just kept pushing cash-grab items... Even Genshin Impact got criticized for stingy anniversary rewards, but it wasn't this bad.
