Delicious Rest Stop Menu Items
Everyone stops at rest stops when traveling, and each rest stop seems to have one delicious menu item. Out of those, I like walnut cookies the most. Among all the walnut cookies I've had so far, the ones from Nakdonggang and Uiseong Rest Stops were the best. A point to note is that this one is on the southbound lane towards Daegu. Nakdonggang and Gumi are on the northbound lane, and those are similar to other places. If you have a chance to go, stop by in the middle and try them.

So grand. Does the walnut cookie my friend mentioned really look that delicious, honey? I also want to go to a place called Nakdonggang later and try it to see if it's tastier than jam, oink oink. It's only on the southbound line, so I'll have to be careful not to forget, honey!

I remember the walnut cakes I ate at Gapyeong Rest Stop on the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway heading towards Seoul were delicious. I'll stop by again this weekend when I go to Gapyeong ㅎ

It's a bit disappointing that some rest stops nowadays don't sell walnut cookies. I'd like to try them if I ever get to visit Nakdonggang Uiseong Rest Stop later. Thanks for the great info!
