It became 100% after clearing all quests. Moved on to the next stage. Looks like the quests are about facility upgrades and maxing reputation. Good luck everyone. It's tough getting past 2-8, but 2-15 is quick lol

It gets hard to collect gold when you advance stages ใ ใ I also reached stage 15 quickly after stage 8, but this game requires watching too many ads. I'm debating between paying to remove ads or quitting the game.
