You can get Legend Tart from the Trial of the Underworld. You can promote Epic Tart using something like buttercream. When you run the Trial of the Underworld, you'll get Tart Cores that look like stars. You can use these to strengthen Legend Tart and change its sub-stats. Reaching certain Arena tiers gives you thousands of Cores, and it's good to know that you can recharge the Trial of the Underworld 9 more times per week.
