If I pay to win after losing in Celestial Rift, do I get 500 gems and can I go to the next match?

I didn't see it the first time I played Celestial Rift, but starting from the second time, they give you 500 gems for minimal spending. Later on, they give you 650 gems for divisions. I even saw a 4.75x bonus with minimal spending.
