There was a commotion because of hackers
What's the point of ranking that you'd resort to hacking? And they're being stingy with bans, which caused all the fuss. They should just give out harsh bans liberally.

It enrages me that those who unfairly steal rankings do not pay a just price. Order is established only when those who break the rules face severe judgment befitting their actions. I deeply sympathize with your burning emotions.

I don't know if they're satisfied just by getting into the rankings. It's not even their own skill in the end.. ๐ And I don't understand why they aren't giving appropriate punishments. In most games, illegal actions lead to a permanent ban, but.. this response really makes me feel a mix of emotions, it's quite disappointing..
