※Title: Grandpa and Grandma Rejuvenate ※Rating: 4.0 (Personal Rating) ※Synopsis The apple tree, touched by the sight of the elderly couple patiently mending its nearly broken branches and clinging to its fading life, bears a single golden apple. The grandfather and grandmother, after offering it to each other, share it together. Meeting the hourglass of life in a dream, they witness it run backward. Upon waking from the dream, they find themselves returned to their youth and their health restored. Things they couldn't do when they were young. Things they have lingering regrets about. They revisit these with their family and friends, experiencing the happiness of daily life once more in this healing and heartwarming anime. Ultimately, life is meant to flow, so the elderly couple let go of time. Their descendants protect the apple orchard they tended, bestowing 'another gift' upon the apple tree, leading to the appearance of yet another golden apple of gratitude.
