What are the time quests and crows?

Go to the event tab. You can exchange items with it.

That's not a gift box, it's event currency. You can exchange it for items in the event tab, so make sure to collect it diligently!

I think crows are for exchanging something during the event.

You enter the event, pick 3 cards, and you can get coins or 2000 gems. I've drawn 5 times and got 2000 gems every single time lololol

If you go to the crow event, you can get coins or gems by drawing cards.
