Why am I not getting the hidden quest?

If you download the game, check your play history again, and there's no hidden item... then your gem luck is just up to that point... it's random... ㅡ.ㅡ

Is there a hidden quest for this? I only got the time quest too.. sigh, they never give out hidden quests these days.

Hidden quests can vary from person to person. It's only given for the first installation of the platform, so keep that in mind.
