I found it's good to build structures and draw heroes while considering the event, and proceed with overlapping tasks. Also, when I sleep, I set the longest task to run, and I level up quickly by playing strategically.

Buying the 3000 won building queue makes it quite worthwhile. You get a lot of crows too.
