Anyone else's hips make a 'clicking' sound?

Do any of you experience a clicking sound from your hips while exercising or walking, but you've ignored it because it doesn't hurt? Mine makes a sound when I do slow burpees. This condition is said to be more common in young women. So, why does this sound happen? It's caused by friction when the tendons or fascia around the hip joint rub against a protruding part of the bone. This condition is called "snapping hip syndrome." It's commonly seen in women with a narrow waist and relatively wide outer hip width (an "hourglass" figure), and in pregnant women whose lower body pressure has increased due to weight gain. If there's no pain, it might not lead to a serious condition immediately, but if the sound repeats, friction can accumulate in the surrounding tissues over time, potentially developing into inflammation or pain. If you hear a sound during exercise, I recommend doing sufficient hip stretches and reducing the speed and range of motion of your movements. Massaging gently with a foam roller is also a good idea.
