Friend Request System...

Who is this friend request from? I'm posting this just in case it's one of you guys here. The friend request system seems a bit vague. I don't remember accepting or sending any, but just having them added to the list is confusing. If you are one of the users here, you are always welcome, so please let me know and send a friend request!
