Visited Jeonju Hanok Village
I visited Jeonju Hanok Village last year. The photo is of Jeondong Cathedral, which is currently not open to the public except for those attending services. My family planned a 2-day, 1-night trip, but it turned out to be more like a half-day visit. After seeing Jeondong Cathedral and Gyeonggijeon, the rest was mostly snack stalls, restaurants, and souvenir shops, which was a bit disappointing. Gyeonggijeon is famous for the portrait of King Taejo and also has portraits of other kings. You can follow a guide to get explanations and participate in various experiences. A famous snack to try is called 'O-jjang', which is quite popular.

I live in Jeonju too and totally agree with the 'half-day course' comment! Oh-chan, you tried it. Come visit again next time when you have more time to enjoy it.

AuthorAh, I forgot to mention parking. Parking lots 1 and 2 are near the entrance of the Hanok Village, so they're relatively convenient, but they're smaller than expected and fill up quickly. Parking fees can add up. Lots 3 and 4 are free but far away. You'll need to take a shuttle bus back and forth, so be aware of that.

Can't outsiders enter Jeondong Cathedral? I've only been to Gyeonggijeon so I didn't know. I mostly remember seeing many foreigners wearing hanbok walking around Gyeonggijeon.
