It was created by Nanahoshi Orchestra, who has composed many great songs! By the way, this is my absolute favorite Luka song..! What I really love about it is.. the incredibly clear, high notes that are as refreshing as a cider, and the amazing guitar accompaniment! I just love it so much.. For your information, Weigh Anchor (抜錨) means to raise the anchor that was lowered, indicating that a ship is setting sail!! That's why the word 'ship' is repeated in the lyrics.. It's really charming how it builds up with a grand and overwhelming feeling before bursting out.. The lyrics are also better than I could have imagined.. Seriously, the moment you hear the guitar intro, you'll get chills all over.. In Project Sekai, Leo/need × Megurine Luka covered it! Highly recommended for anyone who loves Luka..
