It goes from 12.5% to 8%.. Upgrade cost is 170 million, should I do it though.. I already have a surplus of raw materials from the ingredient mixing.. It seems like emergency funds are useless if you have less than 4 shovels.. After clearing level 5, I can't buy anything with just 1 shovel..
