I didn't use any items, so what is this??!!

I didn't actually use any items. I was just playing the game, and some were intentionally created + some were obtained by chance as they fell. But the fact that it ended up like this is so weird, I had to screenshot it lololol It's hard to craft items in a situation where they don't break, but to have this many!!!!! all clustered so close together, I'm really struggling to decide which pair to combine and use first to efficiently use the others lololol For those of you who play this game, which combo would you use first?
