No Ads, Free-to-Play Requires Strategy + Quests

I'm enjoying the game as a free-to-play player. When I say no ads, I don't mean no ads for rewards, but rather no mandatory ads after every match. You also need strategy; you have to complete quests you can clear without paying and fill your deck with golden cards to make it somewhat playable. If you're unlucky in a match, you might not be able to merge characters ㅠㅠ only weak characters keep appearing ㅠ Matchmaking really seems to ignore power levels and just throws anyone in. It feels much better to use higher-tier cards than upgrading current ones. Of course, you'll need to upgrade golden cards when you reach higher levels, right? Still, I enjoyed it because they give a lot of gems early on and have daily check-ins. But if the matchmaking is too unbalanced, I'll have to consider whether to keep playing ㅠㅠ It definitely feels like you could clear stages faster with just one or two small cash purchases.
