I'm a newbie (?).
I've cleared most of the main story now, but I still have Act 2 of the intermediate chapters and the former employees left. Can you recommend any fun missions?

The second act of the interlude has a really high story completion rate, so definitely play it. If you're curious about character narratives, I highly recommend doing Nahida's and Raiden Shogun's story quests first. Deep stories await you, hmm!

I thought I had to clear everything in order to proceed with the main story, including the intermediate chapters, but it seems I can postpone them. I'll probably clear the intermediate chapter missions first and then do the characters' personal quests later. Personally, I found the intermediate chapter missions more fun. For character quests, I think it's best to prioritize characters related to the current story's nation first, then proceed with your favorites in order ^^
