I agree with what you said in the post. It really seems like there's a difference between just messing around and writing a lot with the intention of gaining benefits, and actually putting in effort and doing things properly to receive benefits. Even for people who are really good, I've only seen them get around 70-90k. But manager-nim, your way of participating is different from others and you're doing great, so I think you're receiving that much ^-^ I'll definitely follow along.
