I'm so low on energy~~ It's hard to fill up 30 minutes because I easily run out of energy and there are no alternatives to replenish it~~ I have no choice but to leave it idle and lose time....;;;;

It must be upsetting when your energy doesn't match your desire to do things. The waiting time while you're neglecting it probably feels really long. Don't push yourself too hard; take a moment to catch your breath and rest.
