Besna vs Mizuki
Is there a big difference in damage between both when comparing them with no signature weapon (just base rarity)? Is Besna much stronger..?

According to a YouTuber I trust, Vesna is currently the top DPS party. They say she seems to do more damage than the confession party... Mizuki requires no control, making her easy to use and also dealing great damage... . I just pulled her yesterday, so maybe it's because I'm not used to her yet, but the Lightning Shock Flynn party feels more comfortable and deals more damage than the Vesna party.... haha

I haven't used either, but based on same-party info, if you're not someone who despairs during the subjugation battle, it's fine to use Mizuki. The difference comes when everyone has Mizuki at 2 stars, but at 2 stars, Vesna or Myojin would be 1.2 times stronger than Mizuki. Besna really isn't a must-have. Mizuki doesn't have much difference with breakthroughs, so if you get a free 1-star breakthrough, it should be fine.
