Gather all the energy souls you get from various missions. If you keep clearing missions that give hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of energy, you'll be able to collect a lot. Don't set the multiplier too high with that energy; by my standards, 50x is just right. Sometimes they give energy as a reward during a Coin Frenzy. When a Coin Frenzy happens, the time limit is within 5 minutes, so set aside other things and play with a multiplier of 200x or even 400x for those 5 minutes. You can quickly earn tens of billions if you get raided just once or twice.
