What I took care of after the holiday

Taking my deworming pill (antiparasitic) 👍 I take it twice a year, in spring and fall. I took it around March in the first half of the year, and this time I took it right after the holiday. It's partly because I ate well, but also out of caution. ✅️Whether it's fish, raw onions, cabbage, lettuce, or even fruits, we don't want any bad guys inside our bodies, right?✅️ I don't like raw fish, so it doesn't really apply to me. 😆Raw food is the riskiest, and it's generally said that eating everything cooked is best for your health.🍀 Even if the deworming pill had no effect, I've gotten into the habit of taking it, and so have my parents. Just to have peace of mind ㅎㅎㅎ There are various types of deworming pills. They also sell packs of two, but I only look for <Jelcom>. It's one pill and costs a thousand won.
