I really love the rocket delivery that arrives in just one day, especially since it's early morning delivery. However, it seems like they're having trouble delivering items safely to cut costs like labor, as they barely use boxes anymore. They often put a lot of items in delivery plastic bags without any bubble wrap. Still, I accept it and continue to use it because other services besides Coupang are frustrating. It feels just right, not necessarily bad, but not great either.

Even when I worked at a local mart, there were many times when products arrived while I was stocking Lipton, or when they were dented. I used to straighten them out one by one before stocking them. Enjoy your meal.
