My personal regrets about the current situation with 'PlO'
I wish they had made a "full announcement" instead of just leaving it in the customer service inquiry response, saying that we'll "cut down those who use boards solely for benefits." It feels satisfying that those who exploited the system by creating private boards for personal gem gains got banned, but I hope they make a clear announcement so that it doesn't happen again with others in the future.

I agree, I don't know why they aren't posting any announcements. And the idea of creating a private board to get more gems is truly amazing. I'm impressed in a completely different way.

The announcement is definitely disappointing. It seems like boards created with the term 'benefit' were processed collectively due to users who privately claimed personal benefits and spammed within them... A strong blow... Maybe it was a warning because many users were exploiting benefits through spamming even before..?
