Reason: Constant crashes Seriously, it keeps crashing during download, what am I supposed to do? It was working fine until the 6th anniversary update!!!

??? Is it because of insufficient storage? Or maybe the app itself is conflicting with other apps, so you could try deleting the Genshin app, rebooting, and then reinstalling it...
