Suspicious Partner

This is a romantic comedy starring Ji Chang-wook and Nam Ji-hyun, who have recently been in the spotlight for scandals. I first got to know actor Ji Chang-wook through this drama and looked up his other works, and this is the one that remains most memorable for meㅎ Here's the story of this drama: One day, the female lead Eun Bong-hee's ex-boyfriend is found dead in her apartment, and Bong-hee becomes a murder suspect. Ji-wook, who becomes the prosecutor in charge, initially suspects Bong-hee, but as he investigates, he discovers suspicious points and works to prove Bong-hee's innocence. As time passes, the two meet again as lawyers and grow closer while solving cases together. While the genre of this work is clearly romantic comedy, a murder occurs, the protagonist becomes a murder suspect, and a serial killer even appears. However, it doesn't feel heavy at all; rather, the chemistry between the two actors feels lively and upbeat. 'Suspicious Partner' is a well-made romance thriller where you can enjoy both genre elements and romance.
