Workout Check-in After a While

I didn't work out at all over the weekend, so I'm trying to make up for it this week haha I did 30 minutes at the gym this morning, and then walked in the afternoon to hit around 10,000 steps! It was a hassle to start again after taking a break, but I feel refreshed now that I've done it haha Everyone worked hard today too, have a restful night!
