Rare 3rd Evolution Recommendations
For Rare or Super Rare 3rd evolution, I recommend Jiangshi (Hopping) and Kangkang (Dancing).

Jiangshi and Kankan are truly legendary characters, and they're still used around the time you finish 3-star new legends, so getting them to 3rd evolution is a must. Especially Jiangshi, I think it's the best for high defense.
