Is it just me?
1. When I queue for normal matches or competitive matches, it takes a long time to find a game. 2. Rewards I receive after a match and daily rewards aren't being received + all previously received rewards have been reset. 3. When trying to return to the lobby after matchmaking, it gets stuck at 87%. 4. I can't select a brawler in competitive matches. My device isn't that bad, but honestly, I have to restart the game about 30 times a day because of these 4 issues; I even got a 2-hour ban for being AFK 4 times during promotion matches due to bugs. I really hope they fix at least these issues.

Looks like a bug..
This has been a hot topic lately, but it seems like there are continuous issues, possibly due to server problems. A lot of time has passed, yet it's still not fixed.

I'm experiencing the exact same error as you right now, and it's incredibly stressful. It's amazing you're still playing after having to reconnect 30 times a day, and it must be so frustrating to get unfairly banned. The 87% freeze and reward reset are clearly server bugs, so it's outrageous that users are facing a 2-hour ban. It definitely seems like a game error, not a device issue, so please don't blame yourself too much. I really hope the developers prioritize fixing this in the next patch. Hang in there!
