That's how I am. If there are cute outfits for them, I buy the clothes, but I've never spent money separately. Yeah, buying clothes isn't considered 'paying'.

If I spend very little, it's less than 10, but when I buy cute costumes for the characters + during anniversaries or half-anniversaries when I tend to spend a lot, it goes up to 30.
