Where should I level up..
I'm just one boss away from finishing Chapter 3, but my combat power of 1.2T isn't even close. I'm level 368, but I don't have any quests left to do, so I can't level up. How should I get to level 400... Should I just wait until Chapter 4 comes out? I'm really curious how people got their combat power over 300T.

It's a grind. I just kept killing the last boss over and over, leveling up my EXP with coins, and grinding until I could pass. Otherwise, you'd have to pay, but I'm a free-to-play player. I grinded it to death.
