A Tip for Frequent Community Users

It might sound obvious at first glance, and it's a very common-sense topic, but I'd appreciate it if you read to the end! The topic I'll cover in this post is the importance of your profile picture (avatar). Many of you use the community features while playing games, right? When posts from people who often leave warm replies or write well pop up, you usually end up reading them. So, the key here is to make people remember you, right? The most effective way to do that is by setting up a profile picture. Human brains process visual information better than text and remember it more accurately for longer periods.. As the old saying goes, 'Seeing is believing,' this is a proven fact. There are actual studies! In the 1970s, a researcher named Allan Paivio showed subjects words and pictures, then measured how much they remembered after a week. The results showed that those who saw the pictures remembered about 40-45% more. This demonstrates that the human brain remembers visual information better than text. So, starting with myself, I'm off to set up a profile picture.
