A sudden thought: Who is the strongest in Teyvat...?

While rewatching the Genshin Impact story, I suddenly had a thought... I wonder if the strongest in Teyvat (excluding the Heavenly Principles) might be Rhinedottir. First off, as one of the central figures of Khaenri'ah, where human knowledge and technology flourished greatly, she would have possessed the technology and knowledge of that era. Furthermore, by sharing the power of the Abyss, she learned the knowledge and skills related to the power of the Abyss. After that, in Teyvat, she digested it as her own by conducting various experiments based on it. And then, by absorbing Naberius again, she obtained the power of the Archon of Life, one of Teyvat's principles and laws, entered Celestia, and learned knowledge related to the Heavenly Principles by looking at records and data, and then digested it as her own by conducting experiments based on it. Rhinedottir is the only one who possesses the knowledge and power of Genshin's three major forces(?) (human + Abyss + Celestia's knowledge and technology) and has internalized it through experiments, right?!! Now that I think about it, she seems really amazing. What do you all think? ^^
