Chapter 10 Administrator's Speculation (Outdated Info)

What if the city was actually larger than it is now, and something similar to the Seed of Light project happened before? Outer Rim's Star Clusters = Things like the Ein and Carmen, lost endlessly due to the previous Seed of Light project. However, unlike them, mutated humans seem to become something that can no longer be considered human. Outer Rim Monsters = Those who were originally human but can no longer be considered human due to the Star Clusters. Mutated by the Star Clusters. Outer Rim = The originally vast city area. Therefore, people who were originally citizens live there, or there are houses where people can live. Current City = Similar to Angela, it's an area newly formed by gathering pure humans after expelling those who could perform human-like intellectual activities but were ultimately not human and thus useless because they couldn't yield any emotional resources extractable from humans. Perhaps the line from La-Lu, "The gate must not close because of the likes of you," refers to the reset of the city area. I'll come back after I finish Chapter 10.
