Can't spend money right now.....

I need to level up my gear but I don't know how. Here's a look at my current Nikkes and main units. Please help me, veterans!

Is there any way to earn crystals..... I feel like I need to break through or do something to get past this.

If you're a free-to-play player trying to earn crystals, it seems like the main ways are to diligently clear stages, push through the tower as far as you can, and complete daily and weekly quests. Also, don't upgrade regular gear other than corporate gear, and don't bother making Over gear and then upgrading it a few times. Right now, gear EXP is precious, so you should focus on upgrading your main squad's raw Over gear first. You also need to farm gear diligently as much as possible.
