What if your employee calls out sick and the boss has to handle everything alone?

Just looking at this makes my head spin. 1️⃣ Customers waiting to order 2️⃣ Delivery driver here for pickup 3️⃣ A customer who spilled a drink 4️⃣ A phone call for a 30-person group order 5️⃣ Food waiting to be served Normally, you could divide tasks among staff, but suddenly having to handle everything alone would be incredibly difficult. Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. I think I'd first explain the situation to the customer ordering and the delivery driver, ask them to wait a moment, and then serve the food that's waiting. Then, I'd prioritize cleaning up the spilled drink to prevent other customers from getting hurt, and try my best to handle the group order call without missing it. Of course, in a real situation, the order might change depending on how long the food has been waiting or how badly the drink was spilled. But just thinking about handling five things at once alone... it's definitely not easy. What would you tackle first if you were in this situation?
