You need to level up your houses! It's good to level up your houses to a certain extent because it helps maintain temperature and improves mood and hygiene overall.

If the red indicator is off, turn it on~ You can check by tapping the furnace. Then, tap the kitchen next to the furnace and select the most expensive dish. Especially, don't activate the viewing before 9 AM daily. If they are still on the sickbed, press '-' to remove them and press '+' to replace them with another character.

Please raise the civilian level to the maximum. Make sure there's no shortage of coal for the furnace.

Even if you max out the houses, survivors will keep complaining and filing grievances. The cold snap warning keeps coming too, but you can just ignore it haha. It's just part of daily life anyway lol. Resource production slows down a bit, but it's a very minor level.
