Why Roblox is a Significant Problem

The advantage of Roblox is that anyone can create the game they want. Conversely, this means anyone can create a game with malicious intent. While various strange games emerge in the process, we won't cover those as Roblox typically removes them. Today, I want to talk about copies of indie games. Recently, people have started using Claude AI to copy indie games that haven't even been released yet and upload them to Roblox. The problem is that these games aren't immediately removed by Roblox and remain active. This is a recent issue, but it's been a long-standing tradition even before AI existed. The reason for this is that when users spend money on these games, a significant portion of that money goes to Roblox. Consequently, Roblox rarely removes these games, and if they do, they often reappear later or split into new versions. This situation is truly hopeless, and I sincerely hope Roblox comes to its senses and removes these games.
